5. Jurisdiction

   • The interpretation and enforcement of this agreement and/or any action or dispute arising from it will be conducted in accordance with Israeli law and will be subject to the laws of the State of Israel. Jurisdiction to adjudicate any case of dispute will be granted exclusively to the courts in Rishon LeZion and/or Bat Yam.
   • The provisions of the Contracts (Remedies for Breach of Contract) Law, 1970, will apply to this agreement.
   • Without detracting from the generality or from the remedies available under any law, the company will be entitled to immediately, unilaterally, and without prior notice, cease providing its services on this website, without any remedies being taken against it.
